Welcome to Tioka Yoga, Paris. In signing up to work with me, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions for all online and private packages, retreats, and special events.
1. I want you to be happy with your sessions, however if you decide to withdraw at any time or any reason, you still will remain responsible for the full cost , and no refund will be provided.
2. You have a limited time to use your time with me which corresponds to the price. Sessions not used before the fixed end date will be forfeited.
3. If you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, you must do so at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance of our scheduled appointment via email. A cancellation with less than forty-eight hours notice is forfeited and cannot be reschedule. The email address is: [email protected].
4. Your registration is non-refundable, but is transferable. In other words: if you can’t attend, send a friend. However, your payment is not transferrable to a future event, training, or class series. All requests for transfers must be received in writing. Send to [email protected]. Please be sure to provide your friend's name, email address, and telephone number. If the location of our session changes due to this transfer, my transportation costs may be added to the price.
5. We both have busy schedules, so we both agree to do our best to start and end each session on time.
6. Venues for our sessions may have their own rules and conditions which will be in addition to the five (5) conditions above.
