EVOLVE at EUPHORIA
I'm honored to offer you this quality experience where every detail matters.
Some of what is included:
Athens airport transfers to the wellness spa;
Two meals daily with healing ingredients from Eurphoria's gardens and local farms. Vegan, vegetarian and weight-loss
menus are available.
(Coffee and alcohol are not recommended during this week of physical and emotional wellness.);
Fresh juices, teas, and healthy snacks;
Use of five-star spa facilities, open from 8am to 8pm, including infrared sauna and Finish sauna, ice pool, indoor pool, deprivation pool, a water well, steam room, salt room, scheduled fitness classes, and morning hikes through the hills of Greece.
In addition, daily sessions with me:
Morning Vinyasa Flow
to create heat and strength
Afternoon Hatha Atelier
to develop skills and flexibility
Evening Sound Baths with
Yin, Restorative Yoga, Breathwork,
& Meditation
to internalize your practice.
plus,
Private Pilates with Reformer
to improve posture and core stability
Retreat guests receive a 10% discount on massages, facials, and other treatments.
Rooms are 35 to 49m2 with amenities, such as tea service, refrigerator, and yoga mats.
Check in 3pm - check out at noon.
The fee does not include flight to/from Athens.

The ride from Athens airport is about 2 hours and 45 minutes. The first hour is along the beautiful coast and the last part of the journey is through the hills of Greece and the small town of Sparta.
